This website provides links to resources for States who are interested in using the Maternal Opioid Misuse (MOM) model and others who are interested in improving access to comprehensive and coordinated care and implementing innovative payment and care delivery models for pregnant and parenting women eligible for Medicaid. Resources are grouped into five areas: women’s health access, behavioral health/substance use disorder, case coordination and case management, Medicaid value-based programs and delivery reform, and multi-sector family-serving systems. Descriptions of each linked resource are included.
