The Performance Evaluation and Research Division (PERD) within the Office of the Legislative Auditor conducted an Agency Review of the Department of Health and Human Resources (DHHR) pursuant to West Virginia Code §4-10-8. As part of this process, a Performance Review of the Office of Drug Control Policy (ODCP) was conducted. The objective of this review was to determine the status of the ODCP’s strategic plan.
