Also includes sample scripts to help judges respond to parental behaviors and infractions with the use of incentives and sanctions. Contains sample scripts for one week, four week, and six month positive drug screens. Also includes scripts for addressing parents who have been missing from drug court, phase up and program advancement, and recognition of dismissal/graduation. Appendix includes sample FDC phasing criteria.
